How do payments work?
Kelviq is our merchant of record for web subscriptions — they handle billing, VAT/GST/sales tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds. You'll see Kelviq on your statement. Mobile in-app purchases (iOS / Android) are billed by Apple and Google respectively.
Can I cancel anytime?
